In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them with their questions and making sure they're happy with our products and services. We're looking for someone who's a great communicator, a creative problem-solver, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, making sure they feel heard and understood, and resolving any issues that come up.

Here's what you'll be doing:

● Being the main point of contact for our clients, answering their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, making sure they're happy with our products and services.

● Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may have, working with our team to find the best solutions.

● Helping clients throughout the onboarding and implementation process.

● Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of our clients in our system.

Here's what we're looking for:

● High School Diploma or equivalent

● A friendly and outgoing personality.

● Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Detail-oriented and highly organized.
