TITLE: Instructional Designer (Articulate 360)
LOCATION: Indianapolis, Indiana (Hybrid)
PAY: Target pay for this role is between $45-$55 per hour but may vary based on experience
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Contract (1 year)
- We're looking for a dynamic E-Learning Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and standardizing on-the-job training content for manufacturing processes related to diabetic test strips.
- You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify and close training gaps, ensure compliance with quality standards, and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
- Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we cannot sponsor work visas.

- Proficient in Articulate 360 with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experienced in instructional design within a manufacturing or healthcare setting.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills are essential.
