Profocus is Hiring a Remote Sales Commissions Analyst
TITLE: Sales Commissions Analyst LOCATION: Remote PAY: Target pay for this role is $40-45 per hour but may vary based on experience ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Contract to Hire
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We’re looking for a skilled Sales Commissions Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be critical in optimizing and executing sales incentive plans, managing territory assignments, and solving complex commission-related problems for a large sales team.
Overview of responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and execute sales incentive plan calculations for monthly/quarterly deliverables.
Manage regular updates to existing territory assignments and organizational hierarchies for a sales team of over 200 representatives.
Collaborate with Sales Team leaders to address issues related to commissions, payouts, attribution, attrition, and sales rep productivity through analysis and reporting.
Partner with the RevOps Manager to design and refine compensation plans.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including budget vs. actuals, performance to quotas, and profitability metrics.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3-4 years of experience in Sales Commissions, FP&A, or Finance-related roles.
Highly proficient in Excel and SQL.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with any of the following is preferred: R, Tableau, Salesforce, Sales Commission Software.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data science, or another quantitatively rigorous discipline is preferred, but candidates with other degrees are encouraged to apply.
A demonstrated record of initiative-taking and leadership in a professional setting.
