We are looking for an individual that can multi task, pay close attention to detail, deliver excellent customer service, problem solve, and effectively sell and promote our different services. This team member, when clerical duties permit, will also assist the clinical team in delivery of treatment services. These qualities are necessary to succeed in this position. This job is NOT easy, but it is incredibly rewarding and wonderful place to learn and become a top notch teammate.The following skills are critical:--Appropriate technical training in physical therapy reception/front office is ideal but not necessary--Excellent oral and written communications skills--Proficient in MS Office: Word & Excel--Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding is ideal but not necessary--Must have proven organizational skills, the ability to work independently, exercisesound decision and good judgment.We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team!
