Program Development Services is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager reporting to the Residential Manager. The candidate will be assisting in supervising the day-to-day operations of the residences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring safety and sanitation in the residences and that adequate support services (vendors, suppliers) are maintained; providing direct services to the Individuals together with the direct care staff; supervising the DSPs, ensuring that training is provided to the facility staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED. Associate’s degree in Health or Human Services preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience with the developmentally disabled population is preferred.
• Minimum two years related experience in a social service setting.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; evenings, weekends and overnights.
• Must have clean driving record and valid NYS drivers’ licenses.
