ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial & Resource Services Support Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager at ARETUM, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage programs related to financial and resource services for our government clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Design and maintain the project plan, alignment of resources, management to deliverable deadlines, and contract management to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality of all financial and resource services.
  • Develop and maintain financial management plans, including cost analysis and forecasting for resources and services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide strategic advice and recommendations for financial and resource management efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Track and report on financial performance and resource utilization to stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with financial and resource services.
