Responsibilities:

• Fix Basic House hold problems on rental properties including( taking out trash, changing a light bulb, changing outlets, looking at a thermostat, problem solving.
• scheduled walk throughs
• working with a team
• this is a day to day task driven job, it will change depending on what people need everyday.
• this is everyday house hold/ apartment problems we fix

Experience:

• I do not care if you have done this for 20 years or not at all.
• This is a start from the ground or little experience into this industry i dont need you to have a ton of experience.
• I will Glady train the right person that is motivated
• if you are afraid to work or want a cake job look else where.

About the hours

• every day will be between 8 to 9 hours
• we mostly work inside but rarely work outside but it does happen
• we are a young company and this is from the ground floor, it will grow but right now we need the work to get down
• growth is not a problem in a year or two you could possibly be running your own team the sky is the limit right now for this position.
