Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into computer systems with precision and speed.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, including entering customer information, sales figures, and financial records.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and resolving any data-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data entry protocols.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records for easy access.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with the office and clerical team to support overall operations.
-Train as back up for HR Manager (payroll and weekly deposit reports).
