REQUIREMENTS

• Provide excellent guest service, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience Manager level position in a cafe or quick service restaurant
• Show passion about results and delivering on commitments
• Understands and meets budget expectations
• Computer Software skills
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well directing and managing a team
• Serve Safe Certification/Able to obtain
• Must have your own transportation, and a Driver's License
