As a RN you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctor and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

This is a Concierge Practice with 4-8 patient visits/day.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update and file medical records
• Assist during medical examinations
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms

Skills

• Proven working experience as an RN
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures including injections, ECG, Spirometry
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Degree in RN

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
