Progressive Maryland is Hiring a Field Manager Near Largo, MD

The Field Manager is responsible for the day to day support of canvassers. This position reports to the Canvass Director. This is a full time, temporary position through Election Day 2024. Monthly pay is $4,500-$4,800 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, shadow, and debrief canvassers
  • Canvass
  • Track individual canvasser performance and implement performance metrics and improvement plans to ensure overall field goals are on track
  • Provide daily reports to the Office Director to inform turf selection and script revisions
  • Transport canvassers to and from turf on schedule
  • Distribute and collect walk packets
Qualifications
  • At least one cycle of door to door canvass experience on an issue or electoral campaign
  • Good attitude and ability to train and support a team
  • Reliable daily access to transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a 15 passenger vehicle
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Prince George’s County and Baltimore City
