Lansing periodontal/dental implant practice is seeking a chairside assistant to fill a full-time position on our clinical team Monday-Thursday. We are looking for an energetic, personable, and organized applicant to work directly with patients and assist with all periodontal clinical duties.

Would are interested in a candidate with dental/surgical assisting background with a strong understanding of radiology and dental terminology. We are looking for an upbeat person with good communication skills as they will be working directly with patients, doctors, and other team members.

Clinical responsibilities include:
- Charting and clinical notes
- Setting up treatment rooms and breaking down treatment rooms
- Assisting doctor and hygienists during periodontal procedures
- Taking bitewing, periapical and complete mouth series x-rays
- Sterilization and maintaining documentation
- Communicating with patients and front desk
