Job Description
The Project Manager will be the primary contact for the government. The Project Manager must have experience overseeing complex RIM projects. Must demonstrate expertise in implementing technical solutions, including software installation, configuration, and associated documentation. Demonstrate a proper working knowledge of record-keeping, organization, handling, storage, retrieval, and destruction of records and adhere to internal policies and NARA guidance and requirements. The Project Manager must have at least seven years of project management experience, focusing on RIM projects, including experience with Microsoft Purview Records Management or similar solutions. Project Management Institute certification is mandatory. Ability to review, synthesize, and prepare highly technical, sensitive, and complex documents, briefing materials, management directives, and correspondence. Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with federal and contract staff.
Required:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
