You'll receive training, support, and opportunities for professional development to help you succeed in this role! Reinforce & expand your skillset by becoming Prevention and Health Improvement Technician (PHIT)^SM certified through ProgressiveHealth’s internal continuing education program.

What You'll Do:

• Leading engaging Ergonomics Education/Training sessions to educate employees on proper ergonomics, lifting techniques, and body mechanics.
• Working in an embedded client environment
• Conducting thorough ergonomic risk assessments to recommend effective solutions tailored to site operations and job demands.
• Assembling solution for both short and long-term risk reduction
• Driving ergonomic improvement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating ergonomic insights into planning and decision-making.
• Producing technical reports in a proficient and timely manner.
• Promoting safe, healthy, and inspired workplace environments.

What You’ll Need:

• A background in manufacturing processes and equipment, with hands-on experience in roles such as production team members/supervisors, process technicians, or quality control specialists
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills to effectively communicate ergonomic recommendations and collaborate with diverse teams.
• A genuine passion for enhancing workplace wellness, productivity, and impacting team member's wellbeing.
