$500 hiring incentive available for this position for Full-Time hires. Willing to train.
Regency Senior Communities in New Berlin is looking to hire a dedicated Cook to our team of passionate individuals! No late nights!

Regency Senior Communities is proud to offer a continuum of care that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Our impressive line-up of activities and holistic care services provide a great lifestyle – and peace of mind.
Up to $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
HoursWeekdays every other weekend
Hours may vary (6:30 am to 6:30 pm are the hours of operation)
Essential Functions
  • Responsible for all aspects of food production. Seeking a motivated individual with a passion for cooking and serving quality meals for our residents
  • Carefully follows standardized recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all food items while maintaining high standards of quality food production.
  • Receives, stores, preps, cooks, and serves all items in an efficient manner within the foodservice facility.
  • Utilizes batch cooking and accurate food portioning to promote food cost control.
  • Experience using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as tilt skillets, flat top grills, knives, steamers, and slicers.
  • Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations including those relating to personal hygiene.
  • Team player who can effectively communicate and cooperate with chefs and other culinary team members.
