We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- One year of receptionist experience
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars effectively
