• Guide IT teams to manage and support their PagerDuty alerts, teams, schedules, escalation policies and automations.
• Deliver best practice trainings to assist with the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with other teams across IT to develop a new set of patterns to use for PagerDuty.
• Responsible for the development of event management rules.
• Ability to turn requirements into technical implementation and operational management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,664.70 - $130,176.84 per year
