Supervisor: Senior Director of Operations
Starting Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000
The Role: The Operations Associate will join the People and Operations team to help ensure our staff can do their best work both in the office and remote, at a Best Places to Work company. The Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring that the Project Bread office runs smoothly and efficiently while also providing administrative support to the People & Operations leadership team. The ideal candidate for this role thrives on supporting others, excels in problem-solving, and is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive, collaborative, efficient, mission-focused workplace.
