Project Hope Foundation has served the autism community as a nonprofit organization for 25 years. As the largest ABA-based autism service provider in South Carolina, we offer a unique way for BCBAs/BCaBAs to practice their specialty.
Several areas set us apart from other providers, including:
Clinic Based Therapy
Most of our clients are based in one of our 8 upstate clinics, with only a small percentage of clients receiving services at home or in school. This decreases your travel time between locations and allows you to focus on your responsibilities as a BCBA/BCaBA. The collaborative support you receive from fellow BCBAs in your clinic promotes brainstorming, problem-solving, and sharing knowledge. Clinics also offer crisis management assistance by always having a site-specific supervisor on call.
An Organizational Structure
Our business-like approach to administrative and operational tasks allows you to focus on your clients and your RBTs and maximize your billable hours rather than focusing on daily operations. Our fully staffed scheduling, billing, intake, HR, and operations teams make this possible.
Our Values
Supporting a Healthy Work Environment
We recognize the value of a healthy work-life harmony and its role in avoiding burnout. Our value of compassion extends not only to our clients but to our staff as well. We strive to recognize each individual's specific needs and want to create an environment that allows for flexibility. We respect your time and offer no late evenings, no weekend hours, and minimal after-school sessions.
Other Areas that Set us Apart
Clinic Locations: Anderson, Greenwood, Greenville, Landrum, Pendleton, Spartanburg, Woodruff
