Our Values:
Clinic-Based Therapy with a Built-In Support System
As an SLP at Project Hope, you will spend your time working at one of our eight clinic locations in the upstate. Clinic-based therapy decreases travel time between locations and allows you to focus on your responsibilities and clients. The collaborative support you receive from your coworkers promotes brainstorming, problem-solving, and sharing knowledge. Clinics also offer crisis management assistance by always having a site-specific supervisor on-call, meaning there will be support available to support you with any situation that comes your way.
A Well-Developed Organizational Structure
As a truly unique nonprofit, our business-like approach to administrative and operational tasks allows you to focus on your clients rather than daily operations. This is made possible due to:
Supporting a Healthy Work Environment
We recognize the value of a healthy work-life balance and its role in avoiding burnout. Our value of compassion extends not only to our clients but to our staff as well. We strive to recognize each individual's specific needs and create an environment that allows for flexibility. We respect your time and offer no late evenings, no weekend hours, and minimal after-school sessions.
