Guaranteed 40 hours per week, 80 hours per pay period (14 day period), for 90 days from date of hire

What You Will Do:
Consult with our Client Account Managers and Project Managers for support while onsite
Demonstrate your mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics
Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification
Install parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner
Promote and recommend other services provided by Project One to clients when needed
Take photos and notes of other issues you observe while on client properties to help generate more future work
Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, and receipts
Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures
Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory
Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs
Ability to work with moving mechanical parts
Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and other high places
Minimum Qualifications:
High-school diploma or equivalent
Experience in any of the following trades:
Plumbing
Electrical
Framing
Drywall hanging, tape/texture, repair
Painting
Flooring
Tile
HVAC/Mechanical
Remodeling
General Repair and Maintenance
Casework
Countertops
Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
Basic understanding of technology and ability to complete desktop/computer responsibilities such as email, operating platform, and ability to lear
n employment platform (with adequate training given when necessary)
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Willingness and ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends
Availability for occasional overnight travel as assigned
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check prior to employment, after any work or vehicular incidents, and at random times during employment

Self-motivated with the proven ability prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (i.e. CMM)
