Current unrestricted License DC

*Experienced 1 year in (adult) Acute Care or Mental/Behavioral Health

*Current First Aide/CPR

*CPI (preferred)

*Bilingual English Spanish

*Computer literate, knowledgeable of basic usage Microsoft Word & Excel

*Available Weekdays/40 hrs week

*Strong communication skills working with ID/DD Adult Day Services.

*Strong verbal communication & organizational skills.

*Outgoing personality, able to easily articulate and communicate with Participants/Family members, Professional case workers, Direct Support Staff and Various Clinicians.

*Self-reliant ability to maintain required health care documentation/records in electronic record system and ensure compliance with DC Health and Wellness standards.

*Provide clinical response to acute health care support as needed. Perform vital signs, FSBG testing, and medication administration as needed.
