Position: Project Coordinator
Description: We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and executing our projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary: $1,000 to $1,400 per week.
