Primary responsibilities include AR and AP and payroll along with reconciliation of two credit cards and bank statement. Maintain employee HR files. Generate financials for accounting firm and management. Some handling of phone calls, and general office responsibilities. Candidate shall possess courteous phone skills, be reliable, and proficient in Quickbooks and MS Office. Experience with ADP or payroll service a plus. Office is clean and organized. Schedule is flexible within M-F, 7am-5pm, and estimated to be 30 to 40 hours per week. Position could be full time depending on experience and candidate. Projects Designed & Built, Inc manufacturers custom automation and robotics for customers all over the world.
