Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' care and progress.
• Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care techniques.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, including code situations, within the facility.

Requirements:

IA License, BLS.
