Job Description:
• Acts as a subject matter expert and/or resource to others in the area of time and attendance record keeping.
• Assist in all time entry operations in UKG -new hires set up and inputs including contractors and temporaries, termination, access controls, adjustments and submissions from both manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations and all blood plasma collection centers across US (Biolife)
• Conduct UKG system training for new Business Unit managers
• Worl with individual locations, as required, to monitor and driver performance improvements against established standards
• Reviews, analyzes and verifies UKG reports and documents for accuracy; makes necessary adjustments or corrections to time system.
