There is no pay for this job, however a draw is available if needed by the apprentice, to be paid back out of claim commissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn from experienced Public Adjusters through hands-on training.
  • Build a client base through networking, door to door sales, marketing, and referrals
  • Evaluate property damage and investigate insurance claims.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and attorneys.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports regarding claims.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to consistently improve your knowledge and performance.
  • Help out around the office with varied tasks and errands as needed.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Must be a Florida resident or willing to relocate.
  • Must be willing to be licensed as required by the state of Florida.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to clients
