Responsibilities
- Repair various types of garage doors and openers
- Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
- The Repair Technician will also troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment
- Manage the truck, its inventory, as well as their schedule and client communications
- Maintain the health and hygiene of the vehicle, e.g., periodic washing and preventive maintenance (oil changes) - you would be reimbursed; however, it is the tech's responsibility to represent the Prolift Garage Door brand with a clean vehicle.
- Be motivated to attend local networking events with organizations to drive leads and new business
- Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects.
- 2 years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors is required
- Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
- Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
