Position Overview
As a garage door technician, you will travel in a company work truck initially with local lead techs to the customer's home to diagnose their garage door issue, build and present a quote to repair or replace the door, and either repair the door during that visit or return later to replace it.

Responsibilities:

• Install or repair garage doors and openers and associated components
• Travel in a company work truck with lead techs to the customer's home to diagnose their garage door issue
• Build and present a quote to repair or replace the door, and either repair the door during that visit or return later and replace the door
• Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects

Qualifications

• Garage door experience is not required - we welcome candidates willing to learn and engage in our coaching program.
• Preference is given to candidates with construction/trade experience or familiarity with hand tools.
• Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
• We welcome candidates who are natural team players and have an openness to receiving and giving feedback
