Job Title: Business Development Manager- IT Staffing

Location: Onsite in one of our offices - Plano, TX or Detroit, MI, or Cincinnati, OH.

Position Overview:

Prolim is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team specializing in IT Staffing Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the IT services industry, particularly in staffing and augmentation services. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This is an onsite position based in one of our offices in Plano, TX, Detroit, MI, or Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in need of IT staffing services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and expand the company's client base.
  • Monitor competitive activities and industry developments to identify areas of improvement.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and progress.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client requirements are met and service quality is maintained.

Collaboration and Networking:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company’s services and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services industry, preferably in staffing services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing services, including current market trends and industry challenges.
  • Proficient in Cold Calling Techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
