Description/CommentJob description:Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience OR Master’s degree and 0 years’ experience OR PDP apprentice certificate and 1 year of engineering experience.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
Special Requirements**Active Clearance Required**
- May consider part-time telework
- Interim clearance acceptable...as long as the process is underway at time of start
Shipbuilding experience
Previous NAVY experience
Strong in written and verbal communication
Knowledgeable of electrical distribution systems
Knowledgeable of instrumentation and control systems
