Essential Functions:

• Maintain and repair all building, machinery and equipment
• Coordinates outside maintenance vendor activities.
• Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs on all work centers and equipment using Preventative Maintenance software.
• Troubleshoots all equipment problems. Identifies areas of improvement to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain spare part stock levels. Maintain neat and orderly tool and maintenance crib.
• Participate as a member of the Safety Committee.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of two years mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting involving welding, fabricating and assembly preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing metal burning and forming equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of OSHA, EPA, NFPA and NEC.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills are necessary.
• Computer literate.
