As a new Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator at Prologue Inc, you can expect a dynamic dual role focused on providing client-centered care and support and utilizing your leadership skills to support, train and educate the Residential Rehabilitation Specialists. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating and overseeing in-home services for individuals with mental and/or behavioral health needs and serving as the liaison for Corporate Leadership and the staff you'll supervise. You will work closely with clients to promote recovery, navigate co-occurring disorders, and ensure their safety and well-being. With a flexible schedule of 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday occasional night and weekends, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients and staff at different times to provide the necessary support and guidance. Your role will be instrumental in empowering the clients on their journey to wellness and independence, as well as the staff who will look to you as their knowledgeable leader.
To excel as the Carroll County Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator candidates should possess a range of essential skills and qualities including a warm, non-judgmental, compassionate and patient personality. Experience working with populations facing mental and/or behavioral health challenges is preferred as you will be providing support and guidance to individuals on their path to recovery, some who are struggling. Strong leadership abilities are essential for this role as it is charged with overseeing the Carroll County Residential Staff and providing them with job readiness training and tools for success in their roles. Encouraging and nurturing a culture of inclusivity will be at the top of your list.
