Duties * Oversee the administrative, financial, and project management support for Army Enterprise Marketing (AEMO). * Interpret policies based on regulations, directives from higher echelon, management principles and ethics governing the conduct of work. * Supervise and direct the activities responsible for providing support to the Office of Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing. * Develop improvement plans to improve cost, schedule, and performance for all marketing programs. * Review and edit budget estimates and requests for sub-allotments submitted by the assigned offices. * Present briefings, information papers, and final correspondence to senior military and civilian officials at all levels of the Army staff. * Recommend changes in Army policy, objectives, plans, and programs based on results of analysis.
