EXPERIENCED CNC Lathe Operator. 3 years minimum with setup, programming, and running precision parts. We have a brand-new Haas Lathe with a sub spindle and 2 Hitachi lathes.
MasterCam experience a plus.
Full-Time position for an experienced CNC lathe machinist. Three years minimum experience doing your own setup, programming, and running of precision parts.
Previous MasterCAM use is preferred or similar CAM package. You will be working on making cores with our brand-new Haas ST25Y Lathe and other CNC lathes models.
The ST25Y has a programmable C axis, live tooling, and a sub spindle for part hand off.
What you bring :
- Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete flooring all day, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to lift and move 20 lbs repeatedly, 20-50 lbs occasionally and over 50 lbs rarely.
- Lift up to 40 lbs overhead occasionally
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently to lift / carry, push, pull or move tools and equipment
- Must be able to torque bolts up to 300 ft-lbs using proper tools
