PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client in the creative outdoor living space industry to source and hire a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to work in house at their manufacturing facility in Carrollton, TX.
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
As our client’s, Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries, issues, and concerns efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Customer Service Rep. Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, utilizing active listening and probing techniques.
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers while maintaining a courteous and empathetic demeanor.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within established guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Maintain customer records, track interactions, and document pertinent information.
· Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
· Generate quotes for products or services based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
· Accurately enter orders into SAP software program, ensuring all relevant details are captured and processed efficiently.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
· Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
· Uphold a positive and professional image of the company in all customer interactions.
Customer Service Rep Skills:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
· Proficient for problem-solving in complex situations and the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
· Empathy and patience in dealing with customers’ concerns and complaints.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with customer service software applications and computer systems.
· A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Customer Service Rep. Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
· Proven experience customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of excellent customer satisfaction.
· Experience with SAP
