Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of forklifts, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, and standard forklifts
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and storage racks
- Move materials within the warehouse using forklifts and other heavy equipment
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient operations
- Perform order picking and fulfill customer orders accurately
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar environment
- Proficient in using reach trucks, forklifts, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, such as packing lists and bills of lading
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
