POSITION SUMMARY
The Coordinator is responsible for administering and managing our Centering Pregnancy programs. This includes planning and organizing centering schedule, group sessions & activities, participating in community outreach events when needed, and recruit patients into the program through direct interactions, social media, and other forms of outreach. The coordinator will also monitor patient retention in the groups.
Education: Must be a high school graduate or its equivalent. Completion of a recognized License Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) program at an accredited college or university
Skills:
Years of Experience: 2-5
License: Must possess current active state LPN or RN license
Certification: Must maintain and have current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Must be able to move about the practice/department and between workstations. Must be able to occasionally push or lift medium to heavy equipment, supplies and patients.
