Create data infrastructure and report quarterly to grantee organizations. Obtain and score assessment data for grant related therapies. Enter data from evaluations and work with project director and evaluator to analyze data, implement interventions based on the data, and evaluate outcomes of these interventions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
*All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise*
1. Collect and score assessment data.
2. Conduct evaluations, such as focus groups and surveys.
3. Enter data from evaluations so that it can be analyzed. Work with the evaluator to help analyze the data.
4. Work with project director to help implement interventions that will improve trauma informed care and evaluate outcomes of the interventions.
5. Carry out clinical audits in liaison with clinical staff.
6. Prepare IRB consents per PHS IRB guidelines, complete documents for submission to IRB to adhere to institutional standards. Copy and collate protocols, IRB forms, and other materials as directed.
7. Liaise with advisory boards and outside agencies.
8. Ensure effective use of electronic management system.
9. Identify trends in information and areas for improvement.
10. Attend program meetings as needed.
11. Improve the quality of data.
12. Create monthly management reports against the indicators.
13. Be the first point of contact for hardware/software problems.
14. Maintain and upgrade respective professional development.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills: Knowledge of data entry and computer operations. Strong organizational, computer and communications skills. Requires independent judgment and problem-solving abilities and effective interpersonal skills to interact both in person and over the phone. Needs a strong ability to engage coworkers, program clients and partners in positive working relationships. Must keep client and participant information confidential as required by HIPAA and other research related requirements.
Years of Experience: 1 year experience with data entry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Years of Experience: 2 years’ data entry experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations, and other community partnering agencies.
