Promenade at University Place is urgently seeking a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to oversee building operations. This is a hands-on, working position where the Coordinator would be responsible for the maintenance, repair, upkeep and cleanliness of the community.

Duties include:

• The ability to assess and prioritize plumbing, electric, rooms, furniture, wallpaper, and roof repairs, as needed.
• Paint and/or refinish rooms, as needed
• Room moves, as needed.
• Set and program alarm systems for building.
• Conduct fire drills and maintain security logs
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations
• Be on call 24/7 in case of building emergencies

They should be well-versed in electrical and plumbing systems, all OSHA and DOH regulatory knowledge as well as experience in purchasing, material management and inventory control, hiring and scheduling staff.
