Job Description:
This opportunity is perfect for a self-driven and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy looking to build upon their experience, or a new Physical Therapy graduate seeking to start their career on the right path.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and Evaluate Patients: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement Treatment Plans: Use evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, to help patients recover and improve mobility.
• Monitor Progress: Track patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate and Advocate: Provide patients with information on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Professional Development: Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuous learning.

Requirements:

• NY State Physical Therapy license
