Product Analyst
Arlington, VA( Locals only/ Hybrid 2-3 days)
Long term contract
Experience in Reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Workday Report Writer and PRISM capabilities is plus
Gather information about new or existing products. Assess current state of product to discover additional needs. Contribute to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of products. Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign the complex processes/reports. Ability to work on reviewing reports and managing backlog. Coordinate with internal team to define product strategy and customer outreach. Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to change priorities when needed. Act as an expert technical resource for simulation and analysis efforts. Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution. Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required 10 years experience required. Strong in Agile process with leading scrum teams. Strong experience in Business/product/requirement analysis is must. Strong experience in Leading/Managing the systems implementations to quickly adopt the Workday eco system. Strong Data Analysis skills with Database knowledge and experience with database query tools and languages (TOAD/DB Visualizer/SQL Developer).
