## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in classroom settings, childcare, and working with students of various ages. As a chess Instructor, chess knowledge is needed. If Elo/USCF ranked is a plus. You will be responsible for educating and tutoring students while effectively managing the classroom environment.

## Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of the students
- Provide instruction in a clear and concise manner to facilitate student learning
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic development
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns or issues

## Requirements
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 per hour
