Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and other relevant data into company databases and CRM systems.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or data entry is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
