JOB DESCRIPTION

Routing / scheduler with experience with Windows programs, MSWord, data entry, phone, sales and customer service; mapping experience is preferred.

Job Duties:

Work with the team: You stay in contact with the office and Technician Manager to make sure customers are provided service in an efficient manner.

Develop your expertise: Creating efficient routing, optimizing schedules, answering customer questions, and improve your sales experience.

Job Requirements:

You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling customer or patient appointments and services, a minimum of 2 years of Windows, MSWord, and internet; and a minimum of 2 years in customer service. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn. You eagerly complete your training and are willing to be cross-trained in other tasks.

You’re a problem-solving people-person: You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing positional challenges. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them with different service options.

You’re ready to work: You have a positive attitude, can handle busy schedules, stressful days, and enjoy working with a team.

You’re a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed. You maintain professional composure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
