We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid schedule, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Location: New Providence, NJ 

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications 
• 2 years’ experience in a business setting
• Strong project management and time management skills 
• Knowledge of various marketing tactics like social media, digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, website, etc. 
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills 
• Must work well with tight deadlines in a team environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications 
• Minimal experience with graphic design applications like Canva, Adobe CC, and video applications, with a desire to learn basic graphic design

Job Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Assist with marketing team operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across a variety of marketing activities and initiatives
• Execute external and internal marketing initiatives by setting objectives, planning, organizing, and publishing content
• Create graphics for social media and other projects, under the supervision of the Digital Designer
• Work with leadership team to assist with internal communications, events, and meetings 
• Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data 
• Work with outside agencies to plan, manage, and complete outsourced marketing projects
