“The vast majority of the expected workload will be working on data feed monitoring alerts from an incident ticketing queue. Some network and SQL scripting knowledge is helpful, but not a primary skillset requirement.
- 3 or more years of working in a technical operations role
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL standards and practices
- Proven problem solving skills
