Job Summary:
Proof Bread is a renowned artisanal bakery dedicated to crafting the finest handcrafted bread and pastries. With a commitment to quality and innovation, we strive to deliver exceptional products to our customers while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Bakery Apprentices to join our team. This position reports to the Bakery Manager and works closely with teammates and staff at all levels of the organization.
The Bakery Apprentice ensures operational excellence through the quality baking of products, maintains facility cleanliness and organization, sets daily proofs, performs food service ingredient prep for all Proof Bread locations, and promotes sales by educating customers on our unique sourdough products.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about our product, reliable, community-oriented, and flexible to work various shifts with various requirements throughout the weekly schedule, especially during weekends and holidays.
