Job Summary: NIGHT SHIFT/WEEKEND POSITION
-Support the coordination and execution of crude oil transportation activities in the tri-state area (OH, PA, WV)
-Communicate regularly with drivers, operations, and maintenance to help resolve issues and ensure loads are delivered safely and efficiently
-Inspect equipment to identify hazards and/or defects and help ensure drivers meet requirements set forth by company and customers
-Perform field audits, observations, job site analysis and risk assessments to identify hazards, eliminate risk and prevent incidents
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and roadworthy
-Assist the Safety and Compliance Department with various tasks such as training, incident reporting and investigation, emergency response, root cause analysis, drug and alcohol testing, assignment, inspection and tracking of equipment, recordkeeping, and implementing/enforcing requirements
-Conduct and participate in internal, regulatory and customer audits, inspections and meetings
-Complete all necessary training to maintain qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent follow-up and ability to learn quickly
Desire to take initiative and develop employee relationships
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Electronic Logging Devices, Dispatch software
Ability to pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
Preferred knowledge of Oilfield services; Petroleum Crude Oil; Condensate; Transportation
Preferred knowledge of API Standards; Testing and Loading/Unloading; Tanker
Preferred knowledge of Commercial Motor Vehicles; OSHA; DOT; FMCSA and PHMSA regulations
