Job Type: Full Time

Location: In Person

Schedule: 8 hour shift, M-F, and potential for weekend

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

The IT Coordinator (I) assists with technology-related infrastructure, hardware, and
systems for the office and warehouse. Areas of oversight include company-developed
systems, purchased systems, computers, printers, Android and iOS devices, email,
phones, portable devices, etc. The role of the IT Coordinator (I) is to act as the first
point of contact for internal troubleshooting, assistance, and support requests.

DIRECT AREAS OF OVERSIGHT:

  • Facility servers and network infrastructure
  • Facility ISPs and other related vendors
  • Internal network
  • On-premise computers, laptops, printers, phones
  • On-premise portable devices (iPhones, iPads, iPods)
  • Emails for local staff
  • On-premise phone system
  • Systems being used within the facility
  • Security and redundancy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a point of contact for local ProPack user IT support requests

• Conduct morning system health checks to confirm the accessibility and
functionality of ProPack systems
• Provide rapid and accurate communication of system issues to local staff and the
IT Team
• Act as a liaison between local staff and the IT Team
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues (PC, Mac, Android,
and iOS)
• Perform basic repair or replacement of damaged IT hardware
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure reliability
and performance
• Assist with user account setup and removal in support of onboarding/offboarding
procedures
• Utilizes designated corporate tools to record change/issue activities for organizing
and trend analysis purposes
• Assist with the monitoring of anti-virus/malware protection systems and software
to ensure network security

• Conduct daily system maintenance and backup status checks
• Assist with the testing and evaluation of new software and hardware
• Support the setup, maintenance, and promotion of company communication
standards
• Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining user documentation and
procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications
• Fundamental understanding of networking subnetting, switching, and routing
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Detail oriented and committed to learning and understanding ProPack processes
• Good time and task management skills
• Ability to apply logic and utilize creativity toward solutions
• General troubleshooting skills
• Genuine desire to help people

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Microsoft MCSA and or Comp TIA A certification
• Network Certification Net , CCNA, or equivalent desirable
• Hands-on experience in Order Fulfillment, Warehouse Services, and Inventory
Control
• Google Workspace experience
• Typing over 50 words per minute
